We are happy to bill your dental insurance plan on your behalf to help you maximize your benefits. Each dental insurance plan is unique; however, our knowledgeable treatment coordinator is happy to give you an estimate of what your plan may cover to help defray your out-of-pocket costs. Deep River Family Dental accepts cash, checks, and most major credit cards for payment for dental treatment at the time of service. We can work with the majority of PPO providers and are in networks with the following insurances:

Patients who would like to break their treatment costs into affordable monthly payments can benefit from working with a financing company. It’s easy and quick to apply for, and you’ll receive a decision right away so you can proceed with your treatment promptly.

It cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance, or financing program such as CareCredit.
This plan is only honored at Deep River Family Dental. It cannot be used at any other dental or specialist office.
This plan cannot be used for hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind.

member limitations

Any unused services within the patient membership are nontransferable to other plan members regardless of the service.
Any missed appointments or cancellations not made within 48 hours of the appointment may be charged a cancellation fee.
All payments are due in full at the time services are rendered.
No refunds.

Periodontal maintenance (if necessary) is an additional $290 per member.
Membership is not for re-sale.
All membership fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.
